Who is responsible for the processing?
Parentia Wallonie asbl, Parentia Brussels asbl, and Parentia Vlaanderen asbl are responsible for data processing in their respective regions, as legal successors of Partena Caisse de compensation pour allocations familiales asbl, Attentia Allocations familiales asbl, and Future Generations asbl.
What personal data does Parentia process?
Personal data refers to all data that relates to an individual and can be used to identify or make that individual identifiable. This data belongs to the individual.

What does Parentia do to protect your data?
Parentia implements a set of measures to ensure the protection of personal data, including but not limited to:
- Staff awareness of contractual confidentiality commitments
- Physical access security
- Equipment security:

2. Firewalls, based on a multi-layer model, block unauthorized traffic
3. Access management: differentiation between access to the company network and application access. Employees can access applications based on work needs and service requirements. Internal policies must be respected.
Externally: clients only have access to their own data.
4. Data transport security: all data traffic via the internet is encrypted according to current market standards
5. Virus and Internet access security: both servers and desktops/laptops are equipped with necessary antivirus software
6. Service continuity is ensured through redundant backup means
What are your rights and how do you exercise them?
